On May 26, 2022 Amaro Camatti participated in the first World Aperitif Day! On this occasion, the company joined the Aperitif Manifesto which formalized the signatories’ commitment to protecting and spreading the culture of the Italian aperitivo.
Milan Aperitivo Festival was for Amaro Camatti a great opportunity to export the authentic flavours of Liguria, introducing the Pilla-Matti Spritz cocktail, created by Camatti ambassador Alessia Marchisio, paired with two tasty creations by chef Chiara Malavasi, from Sestri Levante. . “As the only Ligurian business participating in the event, we are proud to be local Aperitivo ambassadors, and we are determined to spread the authentic aperitivo culture with dedication”, said Stefano Bergamino on behalf of the board.
